Pag-IBIG Fund No Longer Accepts Over-the-counter Payments

In early 2016, Pag-IBIG issued a circular that starting July 1, 2016 all payments for contributions, multi-purpose loans, and short-term loans must be paid electronically. However, for housing loans, employees and members can still transact directly at and Pag-IBIG Fund Office.

As Pag-IBIG fund implemented electronic collection platform with its accredited banks in compliance with the E-Commerce ACT of 2000 and the Pag-IBIG fund Circular 355.

If you’re a government or private employers with at least ten employees; the Circular 355 mandates remittance of membership savings (MS) and loan amortizations through Electronic Payment and collection Facilities (EPCF), which were accredited by Pag-IBIG Fund to assist employers in the preparation of monthly collection and remittance list.
